Il y a lieu de prévoir des conditions particulières pour le transit par l’Union de lots de produits de volailles, de viandes fraîches, de lait cru et de produits laitiers, ainsi que de certains produits composés, à destination de pays tiers en provenance de Bosnie-Herzégovine, compte tenu de la situation géographique et de la nécessité d’assurer l’accès au port croate de Ploče après l’adhésion de la Croatie à l’Union.
It is necessary to lay down specific conditions for transit via the Union of consignments of poultry products, fresh meat, raw milk and dairy products and certain composite products to third countries from Bosnia and Herzegovina due to the geographical situation and the necessity to maintain access to the Croatian port of Ploče after the accession of Croatia to the Union.

1. Par dérogation à l’article 16, le transit routier direct par l’Union, entre les postes d’inspection frontaliers de Nova Sela et de Ploče, de lots en provenance de Bosnie-Herzégovine à destination de pays tiers est autorisé si les conditions suivantes sont remplies:

By way of derogation from Article 16, the direct transit by road through the Union, between the border inspection post of Nova Sela and the border inspection post of Ploče, of consignments coming from Bosnia and Herzegovina and destined to third countries shall be authorised provided that the following conditions are complied with:
