TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

En vue de mettre en œuvre le principe de solidarité et de partage équitable des responsabilités, et compte tenu du fait que la présente décision constitue une nouvelle évolution des politiques dans ce domaine, il convient de veiller à ce que les États membres qui, en vertu de la présente décision, assurent la relocalisation des demandeurs ayant manifestement besoin d'une protection internationale, depuis l'Italie ou la Grèce, reçoivent, pour chaque personne relocalisée, une somme forfaitaire qui soit identique à celle prévue à l'article 18 du règlement (UE) no 516/2014, à savoir 6 000 EUR, et soit mise en œuvre au moyen des mêmes procédures.
With a view to implementing the principle of solidarity and fair sharing of responsibility, and taking into account that this Decision constitutes a further policy development in this field, it is appropriate to ensure that the Member States that relocate applicants who are in clear need of international protection from Italy or Greece pursuant to this Decision receive a lump sum for each relocated person which is identical to the lump sum foreseen in Article 18 of Regulation (EU) No 516/2014, namely EUR 6 000, and implemented by applying the same procedures.

The transfer of applicants for international protection under Regulation (EU) No 604/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council (1) (hereafter ‘the Dublin Regulation’) has been suspended by Member States since 2011, following two judgments the European Court of Human Rights and the Court of Justice of the European Union (2) which identified systemic deficiencies in the Greek asylum system which risked to constitute a violation of the fundamental rights of applicants for international protection transferred from Member States to Greece under Council Regulation (EC) No 343/2003 (3).
