Au nom de mon groupe, je peux vous dire que nous avons deux préoccupations : la première, qu'il y ait une représentation équilibrée entre les parlementaires européens et ceux des États membres, à la Convention comme à la présidence ; la deuxième, nous voulons que la Convention serve à quelque chose, qu'il ne s'agisse ni d'une petite réunion ni d'un club de débat, mais bien qu'elle fasse des propositions cohérentes.
On behalf of my group, I can tell you that we have two concerns: one, that there should be balanced representation between European parliamentarians and those of the Member States, both in the Convention and in the Presidency; secondly, that the Convention should make a difference and not just be a talking shop or a debating club, and should make coherent proposals.
