The applicant alleged that the Commission did not analyse ‘[.] the effect of the increase in the participation of the Chinese respondents on the [existing] benchmark [.]’, ‘[.] either the price effect of the overall change in proportion or the price effect from the two components individually [.]’. , and ‘[.] whether there were any factors other than the increased reporting of Chinese prices which would account for that result’.
