4. L'Agence évalue les résultats des opérations conjointes et des projets pilotes et transmet les rapports d'évaluation détaillés au conseil d'administration dans les 60 jours suivant la fin de l'activité, accompagnés des observations de l'officier aux droits fondamentaux mentionné à l'article 26 bis. 4. The Agency shall evaluate the results of the joint operations and pilot projects and transmit the detailed evaluation reports within 60 days following the end of the activity to the Management Board, together with the observations of the Fundamental Rights Officer referred to in Article 26a. The Agency shall make a comprehensive comparative analysis of those results with a view to enhancing the quality, coherence and effectiveness of future operations and projects to be included in its general report provided for in Article 20(2)(b).

Accompanying projects are also included in the pilot scheme; these involve the installation of an efficient telecommunications network between the various partners contributing to the scheme, increasing of awareness in relevant circles through information projects (businesses, other Mediterranean technology centres), and finally evaluating the results of the pilot scheme.

E. Mesures d'accompagnement Afin d'accroître l'efficacité des actions forestières précitées,des mesures d'accompagnement de plusieurs types s'imposent. - l'extention de la réglementation existante en matière de transformation et de commercialisation des produits agricoles (règlement CEE 355/77) à l'ensemble des produits sylvicoles et en particulier au bois. - des mesures ayant comme but la création d'un climat général favorable dans les Etats membres, par exemple campagnes d'information et vulgarisation, projets pilotes, etc. - des mesures en vue de doter la Commission des moyens nécessaires à la gestion et au suivi de l'action, par exemple une coordination systématique des instruments communautaires intervenant dans le secteur forestier ainsi que la coordination des politiques forestières des Etats membres.

Back-up measures Several types of back-up are required in order to increase the effectiveness of the range of actions outlined above : - inclusion of forest products, in particular timber, within the scope of the Regulation on common measures to improve the conditions under which agricultural products are processed and marketed (355/77), - action to create a generally favourable attitude to forestry in the Member States, for example information campaigns, advisory schemes, pilot projects, etc., - measures enabling the Commission to manage and monitor the action programme by systematic coordination of the various Community instruments applying to the forestry sector and by coordination of the Member States' forestry policies.
