Definition: States of subjective distress and emotional disturbance, usually interfering with social functioning and performance, arising in the period of adaptation to a significant life change or a stressful life event. The stressor may have affected the integrity of an individual's social network (bereavement, separation experiences) or the wider system of social supports and values (migration, refugee status), or represented a major developmental transition or crisis (going to school, becoming a parent, failure to attain a cherished personal goal, retirement). Individual predisposition or vulnerability plays an important role in the risk of occurrence and the shaping of the manifestations of adjustment disorders, but it is nevertheless assumed that the condition would not have arisen without the stressor. The manifestations vary and include depressed mood, anxiety or worry (or mixture of these), a feeling of inability to cope, plan ahead, or continue in the present situation, as well as some degree of disability in 9the performance of daily routine. Le présent règlement n'affecte ni la poursuite ni la modification, y compris la suppression totale ou partielle, des projets concernés jusqu'à leur achèvement, ou d'un concours financier octroyé par la Commission en vertu des règlements (CE) no 680/2007 et (CE) no 67/2010, ou de toute autre législation applicable à ce concours financier au 31 décembre 2013, qui continuent de s'appliquer aux actions concernées jusqu'à leur achèvement.
This Regulation shall not affect the continuation or modification, including the total or partial cancellation, of the projects concerned, until their closure, or of financial assistance awarded by the Commission pursuant to Regulations (EC) No 680/2007 and (EC) No 67/2010, or any other law applying to that assistance on 31 December 2013, which shall continue to apply to the actions concerned until their closure.

This Regulation shall not affect the continuation or modification, including the total or partial cancellation, of the projects concerned, until their closure, or of assistance approved by the Commission on the basis of Regulations (EC) No 2328/2003, (EC) No 861/2006, (EC) No 1198/2006, (EC) No 791/2007 and (EU) No 1255/2011 and Article 103 of Regulation (EC) No 1224/2009 or any other legislation applying to that assistance on 31 December 2013, which shall continue to apply to such projects or assistance.
