Trois programmes opérationnels pluriannuels pour la période 2007–2009 ont été adoptés en 2007 pour la Croatie.
Three multi-annual operational programmes for 2007-2009 were adopted in 2007 for Croatia.

La consultation des parties prenantes, le partenariat et la coordination sont les principes fondamentaux guidant la préparation et l’approbation des cadres de cohérence stratégiques et des programmes opérationnels pluriannuels au titre des volets III et IV. Les bonnes pratiques acquises dans ces domaines et dans d’autres auront une importance capitale pour la préparation et la négociation de documents stratégiques similaires et de programmes pluriannuels pour les Fonds structurels après l’adhésion.
Stakeholders' consultation, partnership and coordination are overarching principles which guide the preparation and approval of the strategic coherence frameworks and multi-annual operational programmes under components III and IV. Good practices learned in these and other areas will be of key importance for the preparation and negotiation of similar strategic documents and multi-annual programmes for structural funds upon accession.

En 2007, les programmes opérationnels pluriannuels au titre des volets III et IV ont fait l’objet d’évaluations ex-ante effectuées conformément aux lignes directrices et aux exigences des Fonds structurels et faisant partie intégrante du processus d’adoption des programmes.
During 2007 multi-annual operational programmes under components III and IV were subject to ex-ante evaluations carried out in accordance with Structural Funds guidelines and requirements, forming an integrant part of the process for the adoption of the programmes.

Il s’ensuit donc que je rejette le programme opérationnel pluriannuel ou "la pie" comme on l’appelle au Royaume-Uni, du nom de cet oiseau noir et blanc commun bien connu pour sa capacité à dérober les objets brillants et à tuer inconsidérément les oisillons - notez que cette description est assez proche de la vision que le Royaume-Uni a de la politique commune de la pêche. Mais, même si je n’y étais pas opposé d’un point de vue général, je rejetterais le rapport Cunha sur la base de son contenu spécifique.
