Les entités juridiques établies dans un État membre de l'Union qui participent aux programmes et/ou projets de recherche suisses ont les mêmes droits et obligations en matière de propriété intellectuelle que les entités juridiques établies en Suisse qui participent à ces programmes ou projets de recherche.
Legal entities established in a Member State of the Union participating in Swiss research programmes and/or projects shall have the same intellectual property rights and obligations as legal entities established in Switzerland participating in those research programmes or projects.

2. 2. Subject to Annex I and applicable law, legal entities established in the Union participating in Swiss research programmes and/or projects, as provided for in Article 2(1)(c), shall, as regards ownership, exploitation and dissemination of information and intellectual property arising from such participation, have the same rights and obligations as legal entities established in Switzerland participating in the programmes and/or projects in question.

In order to ensure a more efficient management and a better coverage of participants' risk, the Fund should cover actions under the programme set up under Decision No 1982/2006/EC, under the programme set up by Council Decision of 18 December 2006 concerning the Seventh Framework Programme of the European Atomic Energy Community (Euratom) for nuclear research and training activities (2007 to 2011), under the programme set up by Council Decision [.] of X 2011 establishing the Framework Programme of the European Atomic Energy Community (2012-2013) as well as actions under Regulation (EU) No XX/XX [Horizon 2020] and Regulation (Euratom) No XX/XX of the Council on the Research and Training Programme of the European Atomic Energy Community (2014-2018) complementing the Horizon 2020- the Framework Programme for Research and Innovation [Euratom H2020] .

– (PT) J’ai voté en faveur de la recommandation sur la proposition de décision du Conseil sur la conclusion de l’accord entre l’Union européenne et la Confédération suisse, établissant les termes et conditions pour la participation de la Confédération suisse dans le programme «Jeunesse en action» et dans le programme d’action dans le domaine de l’éducation et de la formation tout au long de la vie (2007-2013). Je pense en effet que l’accord négocié avec les autorités suisses par la Commission est relativement positif: il renforce les avantages de ce programme pour la Suisse et protège les intérêts de l’Union, notamment ses intérêts financiers.
– (PT) I voted for the recommendation on the draft Council decision on the conclusion of the agreement between the European Union and the Swiss Confederation establishing the terms and conditions for the participation of the Swiss Confederation in the Youth in Action programme and in the Lifelong Learning programme (2007-2013), because I believe that the agreement negotiated with the Swiss authorities by the Commission is fairly positive, increasing the programme’s benefits in Switzerland and safeguarding the European Union’s interests, not least its financial interests.
