TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

En vertu du règlement (CE) no 223/2009 du Parlement européen et du Conseil , le programme statistique européen (ci-après dénommé «programme») doit fournir un cadre pour le développement, la production et la diffusion de statistiques européennes de haute qualité en définissant les principaux domaines et les objectifs des actions envisagées pour une période correspondant à celle du cadre financier pluriannuel.
Under Regulation (EC) No 223/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council , the European statistical programme (the ‘programme’) is to provide the framework for the development, production and dissemination of high-quality European statistics, setting out the main fields and objectives of the actions envisaged for a period corresponding to that of the multiannual financial framework.

Les statistiques développées, produites et diffusées dans le cadre du programme statistique européen pour la période 2013-2017 (ci-après dénommé le «programme») contribuent à la mise en œuvre des politiques de l’Union, telles qu’elles ressortent du traité sur le fonctionnement de l’Union européenne et d’Europe 2020 et de ses politiques phares, ainsi que d’autres politiques abordées dans les priorités stratégiques de la Commission.
Statistics developed, produced and disseminated under the European statistical programme 2013 to 2017 (‘the programme’) contribute to the implementation of the Union’s policies as reflected in the TFEU and Europe 2020 and its respective flagship initiatives and other policies set out in the Commission’s strategic priorities.

Le besoin de définir des normes européennes concernant l’indépendance, l’intégrité et la responsabilité des autorités statistiques nationales et communautaire a conduit le comité du programme statistique, institué par la décision 89/382/CEE, Euratom du Conseil , à adopter, à l’unanimité, lors de sa réunion du 24 février 2005, le code de bonnes pratiques de la statistique européenne (ci-après dénommé «code de bonnes pratiques»), présenté dans la recommandation de la Commission du 25 mai 2005 concernant l’indépendance, l’intégrité et la responsabilité des autorités statistiques nationales et communautaire.
The need to establish Europe-wide standards on the independence, integrity and accountability of the national and Community statistical authorities led the Statistical Programme Committee established by Council Decision 89/382/EEC, Euratom , unanimously to endorse, at its meeting on 24 February 2005, the European Statistics Code of Practice (hereinafter referred to as the Code of Practice) as presented in the Recommendation of the Commission of 25 May 2005 on the independence, integrity and accountability of the national and Community statistical authorities.

2. At the end of the period covered by the programme, the Commission, after consulting the Statistical Programme Committee, shall present an evaluation report on the implementation of the programme, taking into account the views of independent experts.

Pour les activités entrant dans ce cadre des priorités, les modalités concernant la nature et la portée des données à collecter continueront en général à être déterminées par Eurostat de concert avec les États membres dans le cadre du comité du programme statistique (ci-après dénommé «CPS») et du comité des statistiques monétaires, financières et de balance de paiements (ci-après dénommé «CMFB») selon les règles définies dans le règlement du Conseil relatif à la statistique communautaire et en conformité avec les principes adoptés pour de telles décisions ayant trait à la gestion du travail.
For activities within this priority framework, the detailed range and extent of data collected will in general continue to be elaborated by Eurostat with the Member States in the context of the Statistical Programme Committee (SPC) and the Committee on Monetary, Financial and Balance of Payment Statistics (CMFB) according to the rules defined in the Council Regulation on Community statistics and in conformity with agreed principles for such decisions concerning work management.
