Le programme ADRION soutient la gouvernance et la mise en œuvre de la stratégie EUSAIR principalement au titre de l'objectif thématique 11 par la mise en place, en s'appuyant sur les structures existantes, d'un outil opérationnel: le point de contact central ("Facility Point") situé dans la région côtière de la Slovénie et son réseau de points de liaison dans les États partenaires.

7. salue le fait que les Fonds structurels et d'investissement européens (Fonds ESI) et l'instrument d'aide de préadhésion pour 2014-2020, et en particulier le programme de coopération adriatico-ionienne 2014-2020 (ADRION), apportent des ressources potentielles importantes et un large éventail d'outils et d'options techniques à la stratégie; soutient le fait que d'autres fonds et instruments pertinents pour les piliers stratégiques sont disponibles, notamment: les programmes Horizon 2020 et Erasmus Plus pour tous les piliers, le mécanisme pour l'interconnexion en Europe en ce qui concerne le pilier II, le programme LIFE pour le pilier III ainsi que pour l'atténuation et l'adaptation au changement climatique, et les programmes COSME et Europe créative pour les PME pour ce qui est du pilier IV, ainsi que le programme INNOVFIN destiné à financer les innovations; en vue de créer une synergie entre les fonds disponibles, encourage la collaboration entre les comités de suivi des programmes relevant de l'objectif "Coopération territoriale européenne" axés sur la région, le conseil de direction EUSAIR et les autorités de gestion des Fonds ESI; rappelle que la stratégie doit permettre une utilisation plus efficace des instruments et des fonds existants;

Welcomes the fact that the European Structural and Investment Funds (ESIF) and the Instrument for Pre-accession Assistance for 2014-2020, and in particular the Adriatic Ionian Cooperation Programme 2014-2020 (ADRION), provide significant potential resources and a wide range of tools and technical options for the strategy; supports the fact that other funds and instruments relevant to the strategy pillars are available, in particular the Horizon 2020 and Erasmus Plus programmes in respect of all pillars, the Connecting Europe Facility in respect of Pillar II, the LIFE programme in respect of Pillar III, as well as in respect of climate change mitigation and adaptation, and the COSME and Creative Europe programmes for SMEs in respect of Pillar IV, as well as the INNOVFIN programme for innovation funding; encourages cooperation, in order to create a synergy of available funds, between the monitoring committees of the territorial cooperation programmes which cover the region, the EUSAIR governing board and the ESIF managing authorities; stresses that the strategy should enable a more efficient and effective use of existing instruments and funds;
