2. L'utilisation des termes visés au paragraphe 1 n'est autorisée en aucun endroit de la Communauté ni dans aucune langue communautaire pour l'étiquetage, la publicité et les documents commerciaux concernant un produit, qui ne répond pas aux exigences énoncées dans le présent règlement, à moins que ces termes ne s'appliquent pas à des produits agricoles présents dans les denrées alimentaires ou les aliments pour animaux ou qu'ils ne soient manifestement pas associés à la production biologique.
2. The terms referred to in paragraph 1 shall not be used anywhere in the Community and in any Community language for the labelling, advertising and commercial documents of a product which does not satisfy the requirements set out under this Regulation, unless they are not applied to agricultural products in food or feed or clearly have no connection with organic production.
