1. Les États membres attribuent, dans les conditions du présent chapitre, un quota A et un quota B à chaque entreprise productrice de sucre, à chaque entreprise productrice d'isoglucose et à chaque entreprise productrice de sirop d'inuline établie sur leur territoire et qui a été pourvue, pendant la campagne de commercialisation 2000/2001, d'un quota A et d'un quota B.
1. Under the terms of this Chapter, the Member States shall allocate an A and B quota to each undertaking producing sugar, each undertaking producing isoglucose and each undertaking producing insulin syrup established in its territory and provided with an A and B quota during the 2000/2001 marketing year.

3. Sans préjudice de l'article 10, paragraphes 3 à 6, et de l'article 12, les quotas A et B des entreprises productrices de sucre, des entreprises productrices d'isoglucose et des entreprises productrices de sirop d'inuline sont ceux qui ont été attribués par les États membres pour la campagne de commercialisation 2000/2001 avant l'application de l'article 26, paragraphe 5, du règlement (CE) n° 2038/1999 ajustés, en fonction des quantités de base fixées au paragraphe 2, conformément à la procédure visée à l'article 10, paragraphe 5.

Without prejudice to Article 10(3), (4), (5) and (6) and Article 12, the A and B quotas of undertakings producing sugar, undertakings producing isoglucose and undertakings producing insulin syrup shall be those assigned by the Member States for the 2000/2001 marketing year before application of Article 26(5) of Regulation (EC) No 2038/1999, adjusted according to the basic quantities fixed in paragraph 2 in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article 10(5).

2. La cotisation complémentaire est établie pour chaque entreprise productrice de sucre, chaque entreprise productrice d'isoglucose et chaque entreprise productrice de sirop d'inuline en affectant la somme totale, due par l'entreprise au titre des cotisations à la production de la campagne de commercialisation en cause, d'un coefficient à déterminer.

The additional levy shall be determined for each sugar-producing undertaking, each isoglucose-producing undertaking and each insulin syrup-producing undertaking by multiplying the total sum due from the undertaking by way of production levies for the marketing year concerned by a coefficient to be determined.

Le quota A de chaque entreprise productrice de sucre visée au paragraphe 1 est établi en affectant la production annuelle moyenne de sucre de l'entreprise productrice de sucre en question, au cours des campagnes de commercialisation 1984/1985 à 1988/1989 (au sens de l'article 2 paragraphe 1), ci-après dénommée «production de référence», d'un coefficient exprimant le rapport entre, d'une part, la quantité de base A visée au paragraphe 2 et, d'autre part, la somme des productions de référence des entreprises établies dans la région définie au paragraphe 1.

The A quota of each sugar-producing undertaking referred to in paragraph 1 shall be determined by applying to the average annual quantity of sugar produced by the undertaking concerned during the 1984/85 to 1988/89 marketing years within the meaning of Article 2 (1), hereinafter referred to as the reference production, a coefficient representing the ratio between the basic quantity A referred to in paragraph 2 and the sum of the reference production quantities of the undertakings in the region defined in paragraph 1.
