Pour assurer une application uniforme de la présente directive, la Commission peut adopter, conformément à la procédure visée à l'article 24, paragraphe 2, des mesures d'exécution constatant qu'un pays tiers assure l'équivalence des prospectus établis sur son territoire avec la présente directive, en vertu de son droit national ou de pratiques ou procédures fondées sur les normes internationales édictées par les organisations internationales, notamment les normes de publicité de l'OICV.
3. In order to ensure uniform application of this Directive, the Commission may adopt implementing measures in accordance with the procedure referred to in Article 24(2), stating that a third country ensures the equivalence of prospectuses drawn up in that country with this Directive, by reason of its national law or of practices or procedures based on international standards set by international organisations, including the IOSCO disclosure standards.
