J'ai essayé d'expliquer en quelques mots la procédure budgétaire de la Communauté européenne.
I have tried to explain in a few words the budgets of the European Community.

L’accord interinstitutionnel 2013 a pour objet de mettre en œuvre la discipline budgétaire et d’améliorer le déroulement de la procédure budgétaire annuelle et la coopération entre les institutions de l’Union européenne (UE) en matière budgétaire, ainsi que d’assurer une bonne gestion financière.
The 2013 interinstitutional agreement is designed to implement budgetary discipline and improve the functioning of the annual budgetary procedure and cooperation between European Union institutions on budgetary matters, as well as to ensure sound financial management.

Les dispositions pertinentes de l'approche commune figurant à l'annexe de la déclaration commune du Parlement européen, du Conseil de l'Union européenne et de la Commission européenne sur les agences décentralisées, signée le 19 juillet 2012, devraient être dûment prises en compte dans la procédure budgétaire.
