This is a more procedural type of question, but with there being three appointed judges—and I keep in mind the minister's response to a question from my colleague about the potential for more appointments, but with a judge at an appeal level or a trial level making a decision and then, as I understand it, with three judges on the panel—a judge could be hearing the same appeal.
