10. a conscience que l’OMC est le forum adéquat pour les conversations relatives aux réductions tarifaires tout comme pour toutes les autres questions internationales importantes concernant le commerce; considère toutefois que les initiatives économiques bilatérales entre l’Union européenne et les États-Unis doivent être complémentaires du processus de l’OMC et s'attaquer aux principaux obstacles surgissant dans les pourparlers actuels au sein de l’OMC, afin de mener à bonne fin l’Agenda du développement de Doha de l’OMC;
10. Is aware that the WTO is the right forum for talks on tariff reductions as well as for all other major international commercial issues; however considers that bilateral economic initiatives between the EU and US would be complementary to the WTO process and address the main obstacles in the ongoing discussions within the WTO, which could promote a successful conclusion of the WTO Doha Development Agenda;
