A la lumiere des resultats des negociations a Geneve, le Vice- President Natali estime que tout devra etre mis en oeuvre pour que les negociations reprennent et qu'il faudra chercher a conclure au moins un accord de nature administrative.
In the light of the outcome of the Geneva negotiations, Mr Natali considers that every effort will have to be made to restart the negotiations and that the aim will have to be to conclude at least an administrative agreement.
