The three first mentioned undertakings will have only a minor short term effect on the availability of transponders to third parties: the first undertaking that TD and NT waive all rights to interfere with the use of Kinnevik's four Astra transponders is unlikely to have any effect of relevance since Kinnevik will be free to dispose of these transponders.
