Je suis très fier qu'un si grand nombre de Canadiens aient pu se rendre à Montréal pour témoigner leur amour pour le Québec et leur volonté de rester unis, et aussi pour dire que les Québécois et le reste de la population canadienne pourront affronter beaucoup plus facilement les problèmes de l'avenir s'ils sont ensemble que s'ils sont divisés.
They are expressing not only their love for Quebec and their desire to stay together but also their view that Quebecers and the rest of the Canadian population will be able to go through problems in the future much better if they stand together, which is what we hope will happen, than if they divide.
