Aux fins du présent accord, on entend par « informations classifiées » toute information ou tout matériel de tout type dont la divulgation non autorisée pourrait causer, à des degrés divers, un préjudice aux intérêts de l’Union européenne ou d’un ou de plusieurs des États membres, et qui porte l’un des marquages de classification suivants de l’UE ou un marquage de classification correspondant qui figure en annexe:
For the purposes of this Agreement, ‘classified information’ shall mean any information or material, in any form, the unauthorised disclosure of which could cause varying degrees of prejudice to the interests of the European Union, or of one or more of the Member States, and which bears one of the following EU classification markings or a corresponding classification marking as set out in the Annex:
