E. considérant que le Viêt Nam a toujours adopté, au cours de ces dernières décennies, une ligne de conduite résolument pro-européenne et qu'il s'est activement engagé avec l'Union européenne en tant que pays de l'ANASE chargé de la coordination du dialogue ANASE-UE pour la période 2012-2015 et en tant qu'hôte de la 132 Assemblée de l'Union interparlementaire (UIP) à Hanoï du 28 mars au 1 avril 2015; que le nombre et le niveau des réunions entre l'Union et l'ANASE ont sensiblement augmenté pendant la période où le Viêt Nam en a assuré la coordination; que le Viêt Nam est devenu membre de la Banque asiatique d'investissement pour les infrastructures (AIIB);
E. whereas Vietnam over the past decades has consistently adopted a markedly pro-European approach and has been actively engaged with the EU as the ASEAN country coordinator for ASEAN-EU Dialogue Relations from 2012-2015 and as host of the 132nd Inter-Parliamentary Union Assembly (IPU) in Hanoi from 28 March to 1 April 2015; whereas its coordinatorship was marked by a significant increase in the number and level of meetings between the EU and ASEAN; whereas Vietnam has become a member of the Beijing-led Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB);
