Par note du 19 février 1999, les autorités portugaises ont rappelé qu'elles avaient adopté le 11 novembre 1997 la décision n° 30/97, instituant l'« Instituto Potuguês da Qualidade » comme point de contact national en charge de la procédure de notification mise en place par la décision.
In a note dated 19 February 1999, the Portuguese authorities reiterated that their Decision 30/97 of 11 November 1997 had set up the Instituto Português da Qualidade as the national contact point responsible for the notification procedure instituted by the Decision.
