An agreement came into force on 1 June 2000, concerning Gibraltarian authorities in the context of European Union and European Community instruments and related Treaties. The agreement is contained in document 7998/00 JAI 45 MI 73. This was forwarded to Parliament for information in English and in Spanish, as stated in the reply to question E-1901/00 to the Council posed by Graham Watson and Harmut Nassauer (see OJ C 81E of 13.03.2000, page 106 and page 107).
