L'introduction de cette catégorie spécifique d'agents n'affecte pas l'article 29 du statut des fonctionnaires des Communautés européennes, fixé par le règlement (CEE, Euratom, CECA) no 259/68, ci-après dénommé «statut», selon lequel les concours internes ne sont ouverts qu'aux fonctionnaires et aux agents temporaires, et aucune disposition du présent règlement ne saurait être interprétée comme donnant aux assistants parlementaires accrédités un accès privilégié ou direct à des postes de fonctionnaires ou d'autres catégories d'agents des Communautés européennes ni aux concours internes donnant accès à ces postes.
The introduction of this specific category of servants does not affect Article 29 of the Staff Regulations of Officials of the European Communities, laid down by Regulation (EEC, Euratom, ECSC) No 259/68, hereinafter referred to as the ‘Staff Regulations’, which provides that internal competitions are only open to officials and temporary staff, and no provision of this Regulation may be construed as giving accredited parliamentary assistants privileged or direct access to posts of officials or other categories of servants of the European Communities or to internal competitions for such posts.
