Le règlement (CE) no 810/2009 visant à développer l’acquis de Schengen, le Danemark a notifié la mise en œuvre de cet acquis dans son droit national, conformément à l’article 5 du protocole sur la position du Danemark annexé au traité sur l’Union européenne et au traité instituant la Communauté européenne, ainsi qu’à l’article 4 du protocole (no 22) sur la position du Danemark, annexé au traité sur l’Union européenne et au traité sur le fonctionnement de l’Union européenne.
Given that Regulation (EC) No 810/2009 builds upon the Schengen acquis in accordance with Article 5 of the Protocol on the position of Denmark annexed to the Treaty on European Union and to the Treaty establishing the European Community and Article 4 of the Protocol (No 22) on the position of Denmark, annexed to the Treaty on the European Union and the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, Denmark notified the implementation of this acquis in its national law.

Where the quantity of catches exceeds a trigger catch level in two consecutive hauls, the fishing vessel shall change the fishing area by at least five nautical miles, or two nautical miles for fishing vessels of less than 12 metres’ length overall, from any position of the previous haul before continuing fishing and shall inform without delay the competent authorities of the coastal Member State.
