En ce qui concerne le rapport d'avancement annuel qui sera publié prochainement par la Commission européenne sur les progrès réalisés par la Turquie dans le processus d’adhésion, M. Füle a rappelé que ce rapport rend toujours compte, de manière factuelle, de l'évolution de la situation et indique objectivement les changements tant positifs que négatifs survenus en Turquie au cours des douze derniers mois.
With reference to the upcoming annual Progress Report of the European Commission on Turkey's progress in the accession process, Commissioner Füle recalled that the report always gives a factual account of developments and objectively reflects both positive and negative developments that took place in Turkey over the last 12 months.

5. Any decision relating to the accession of new members (within the meaning of Article 1(2)), the appointment of the Executive Director, proposed amendments to these Statutes, proposals to the Commission on the duration of the Joint Undertaking, the dissolution of the Joint Undertaking or decisions taken under Article 23 shall require the positive vote of the Community’s representative on the Administrative Board.
