TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

Le 22 mai 2001, le Parlement européen et le Conseil ont adopté la décision n° 1346/2001/CE[9] modifiant les orientations adoptées en 1996 en ce qui concerne les ports maritimes, les ports de navigation intérieure et les terminaux intermodaux ainsi que le projet n° 8 de l’annexe III. Cette décision précise que les points d'interconnexion incluant des ports maritimes, des ports intérieurs et des terminaux intermodaux constituent une condition préalable à l'intégration des différents modes de transport dans un réseau multimodal.
Decision No. 1346/2001/EC[9], amending the guidelines adopted in 1996 as regards seaports, inland ports and intermodal terminals, as well as project No. 8 in Annex III, was adopted by the European Parliament and the Council on 22 May 2001. The Decision states that interconnection points, including seaports, inland ports and intermodal terminals, are a pre-condition for the integration of the different transport modes in a multimodal network.

Le Conseil a adopté le 5 juin une position commune sur la proposition modifiant la décision n° 1692/96 sur les orientations communautaires pour le développement du réseau transeuropéen de transport (TEN-T) en vue d'inclure les ports maritimes et les ports intérieurs et de modifier un projet figurant à l'annexe III (tableau I).
On 5 June the Council adopted a common position on the proposal to amend Decision N° 1692/96 on Community guidelines for the development of the trans-European transport networks (TEN-T) so as to include seaports and inland ports and to amend a project in Annex III (Table I).

Ainsi, la Commission est d'avis qu'aux considérants 203 et suivants — dans lesquels il est établi que, compte tenu de la duplication des infrastructures, l'aide à l'investissement accordée à Port Lotniczy Gdynia-Kosakowo sp. z o.o. ne répond pas à un objectif d'intérêt général clairement défini et, par conséquent, est incompatible avec le marché intérieur en vertu des lignes directrices de 2005 relatives au secteur de l'aviation –, il est aussi démontré que l'aide au fonctionnement accordée à Port Lotniczy Gdynia-Kosakowo sp. z o.o. est elle aussi incompatible avec le marché intérieur, ce qui avait déjà été établi dans la décision 2014/883/UE.
Accordingly, the Commission considers that recitals 203 et seq (which demonstrate that the investment aid granted to Gdynia-Kosakowo Airport Ltd, because of the duplication of airport infrastructures, does not meet a clearly defined objective of common interest and is therefore incompatible with the internal market pursuant to the 2005 Aviation Guidelines) also demonstrate that the operating aid granted to Gdynia-Kosakowo Airport Ltd is equally incompatible with the internal market, as already concluded in Decision 2014/883/EU.
