(2) Pour l’application du paragraphe 3(3) de la Loi et sous réserve de l’article 27, il est permis de faire auprès du grand public la publicité de moyens anticonceptionnels, autres que les appareils intra-utérins, sauf par la distribution d’échantillons de porte en porte ou par la poste.
(2) For the purpose of subsection 3(3) of the Act and subject to section 27, contraceptive devices, other than intrauterine devices, may be advertised to the general public by any means other than by the distribution of samples of the devices door-to-door or through the mail.
