Il est donc important que le code proposé se réfère également à la vitalité du secteur, en le reliant notamment à la création artistique, aux initiatives de la jeunesse et aux projets intégrés concernant le patrimoine culturel et naturel, sinon il risque d'apparaître comme un secteur faible ponctionnant l'économie plutôt que comme une source vitale de création d'emplois.

Otherwise there is the danger of creating the impression of a weak sector which is a drain on the economy, rather than that of a vital source of job-creation.
