28 (1) Tout avis ou demande que la Société transmet en vertu de la présente police est réputé dûment transmis s’il est adressé à l’attention du président de l’institution membre, à la dernière adresse du siège social de celle-ci figurant aux dossiers de la Société, et s’il est :
28 (1) Any notice or request given by the Corporation under this policy shall be sufficiently given if addressed to the attention of the president of the member institution at the head office address of the member institution last shown on the records of the Corporation, and
