Au lieu d'énumérer toutes les bonnes choses que B.C. Tel et Québec Téléphone ont accomplies et accomplissent toujours, je voudrais plutôt attirer brièvement l'attention de la Chambre sur la raison pour laquelle il a fallu présenter une motion de ce genre.
Rather than rehearse all of the good things that B.C. Tel has done and is doing and all the good things that Quebec Tel has done and is doing, I would like to draw brief attention to what brought about the need for a motion of this type to be introduced in the House.
