TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

L'expérience acquise par les partis politiques européens et les fondations politiques européennes qui leur sont affiliées dans l'application du règlement (CE) no 2004/2003 du Parlement européen et du Conseil (5) et la résolution du Parlement européen du 6 avril 2011 sur l'application du règlement (CE) no 2004/2003 (6) montrent la nécessité d'améliorer le cadre juridique et financier des partis politiques européens et des fondations politiques européennes qui leur sont affiliées pour leur permettre de devenir des acteurs plus visibles et plus efficaces du système politique à plusieurs niveaux de l'Union.
Experience acquired by the European political parties and their affiliated European political foundations in applying Regulation (EC) No 2004/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council (5), together with the European Parliament's resolution of 6 April 2011 on the application of Regulation (EC) No 2004/2003 (6), show the need to improve the legal and financial framework for European political parties and their affiliated European political foundations so as to enable them to become more visible and effective actors in the multi-level political system of the Union.

3. se réjouit qu'en 2008 un nouvel instrument pour le financement des fondations politiques au niveau de l'UE ait été mis en place et que plusieurs fondations européennes aient déjà été créées; invite la Commission à faire tout son possible pour faciliter dès le début les activités de ces fondations dans la recherche et dans la formation sur les questions de politique publique;
3. Expresses its satisfaction that, in 2008, a new instrument for financing political foundations at EU level entered into force and that several European foundations have already been established; invites the Commission to strive to facilitate the foundations' activities in research and political education during their early stages;

De nombreux programmes de coopération avec les pays des Balkans existent depuis ces dernières années dans les domaines de l’éducation et de la recherche. La Commission fournit une aide importante à plusieurs d’entre eux: Tempus (enseignement supérieur), Erasmus Mundus (bourses pour étudiants), Jeunesse, 6e programme-cadre de recherche (FP6) et activités du centre commun de recherche (CCR), ainsi que par le biais de la Fondation européenne pour la formation (FEF).
Cooperation with Western Balkan countries in the areas of education and research has been significant in recent years, with a substantial Commission contribution under several programmes: Tempus (higher education), Erasmus Mundus (scholarships for students), Youth, 6th Research Framework programme (FP6) and Joint Research Centre (JRC) activities, as well as through the work of the European Training Foundation (ETF).

29. Invites the Commission to make an overall study of activities currently deployed by various Community bodies that may overlap or serve the same goals in order to propose appropriate solutions including possible mergers of agencies; notes that the Commission has stated a possible overlap between Cedefop and the ETF in the field of vocational training and between the Foundation for the improvement of Working and Living Conditions and the Agency for Health and Safety and Work ;
