La proposition de plan pluriannuel présentée aujourd'hui est la quatrième proposition qui sera adoptée en conformité avec la politique commune de la pêche (PCP), après celle pour la mer Baltique, la mer du Nord et la mer Adriatique.
Today's multi-annual plan is the fourth proposal adopted in line with the Common Fisheries Policy (CFP), after the Baltic Sea, North Sea and Adriatic Sea.

3. Lorsqu'une recommandation commune est présentée en vertu du paragraphe 1, la Commission peut adopter ces mesures par voie d'actes délégués ou d'actes d'exécution, sous réserve que ladite recommandation soit compatible avec la mesure de conservation et/ou le plan pluriannuel concernés.

(6) Decision No 276/1999/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 January 1999 adopting a Multiannual Community Action Plan on promoting safer use of the Internet and new online technologies by combating illegal and harmful content primarily in the area of the protection of children and minors33 (the Safer Internet Action Plan 1998-2004)34 and Decision No 854/2005/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 May 2005 establishing a multiannual Community Programme on promoting safer use of the Internet and new online technologies35 (the Safer Internet plus programme 2005 to 2008) have provided Community financing which has successfully encouraged a variety of initiatives and has given European added value, as demonstrated by the programme evaluations submitted to the European Parliament, the Council and the Committee of the Regions.

Des propositions de financement présentées chaque année devraient être adoptées dans la perspective de ces plans pluriannuels préparatoires.
Annual funding proposals should be incorporated into these preliminary multiannual programmes.
