Monsieur le Président, Mesdames et Messieurs, il est vrai que nous tenons en ce moment un débat politique général sur le climat qui règne actuellement à Chypre à la veille du référendum de samedi plutôt que sur le contenu du plan Annan étant donné qu’un débat sur le contenu de ce plan, bien que ses points positifs soient nettement plus nombreux que ses points négatifs, pourrait se transformer en débat sur les détails et durer plusieurs heures.
