Les outils qui semblent fonctionner sur papier s'avèrent toujours problématiques à mettre en place. L'authenticité des produits doit elle aussi être garantie et implique que nous poursuivions la lutte contre la contrefaçon, la piraterie et les pratiques commerciales déloyales. Il est nécessaire, à ce titre, que le Conseil – absent aujourd'hui – adopte le règlement «made in», qui constitue un véritable dispositif de protection .
There is the matter of how to guarantee the authenticity of products and thus the need to keep fighting counterfeiting, piracy and unfair commercial practices, and we hope that the Council – which is not here today – will adopt the ‘made in’ regulation, which is truly necessary and would be a genuine safeguard measure.
