Au nom de la Commission, je forme le voeu que le peuple togolais puisse s'exprimer librement et mener à bien la poursuite du processus démocratique dans la paix, la légalité et le respect des droits de l'homme.
On behalf of the Commission, I would like to make known the wish that the people of Togo be allowed to express themselves freely and continue on the path to democracy in a climate of peace, adherence to the law and respect for human rights.
