Where the suspension or removal is due to the non-disclosure of information about the issuer or financial instrument, the relevant competent authority in the meaning of point (7) of Article 2 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 1287/2006 shall require that other regulated markets, MTFs and OTFs and any other trading arrangement trading the same financial instrument shall also suspend or remove that financial instrument from trading as soon as possible .
