– (EN) Voici la question au sujet de la PAC. Le Conseil rappelle que, dans le contexte de l’accord politique atteint lors du bilan de santé de la PAC au Conseil le 20 novembre de l’année dernière, il a été accordé dans la déclaration conjointe du Conseil et de la Commission que, dans le cadre des discussions entamées à Annecy, en France, le 23 septembre au sujet de l’avenir de la PAC après 2013 et sans porter préjudice à la nouvelle perspective financière durant cette période, le Conseil et la Commission s’engagent à examiner de près les possibilités relatives à l’élaboration de versements directs dans la Communauté et à s’occuper des différents niveaux de versement direct entre les États membres.
The Council recalls that, in the context of the political agreement reached on the CAP health check in the Council on 20 November last year, it was agreed in the joint Council and Commission declaration that, in the framework of the discussions that started in Annecy in France on 23 September on the future of CAP after 2013 and without prejudice to the new financial perspective for that period, the Council and the Commission are committed to closely examining the possibilities for the development of direct payments in the Community and addressing the different levels of direct payment between the Member States.
