Étant donné que la dernière personne inculpée par le TPIY qui se trouvait encore en liberté, M. Goran Hadzic, a été placée en détention par le TPIY le 22 juillet 2011, le Conseil a abrogé les mesures.

2. Le Conseil a rappelé ses conclusions du 27 février 2006, selon lesquelles la coopération avec le TPIY doit être pleine et entière si l'on veut que les négociations sur l'accord de stabilisation et d'association ne soient pas interrompues, et a répété qu'il était urgent que la Serbie-Monténégro prenne des mesures décisives pour que toutes les personnes inculpées par le TPIY encore en fuite, notamment Radovan Karadzic et Ratko Mladic, soient traduites en justice.
2. The Council recalled its conclusions of 27 February 2006 that full cooperation with the ICTY must be achieved to ensure that the SAA negotiations are not disrupted, and reiterated the urgent need for Serbia and Montenegro to take decisive action to ensure that all remaining fugitive ICTY indictees, notably Radovan Karadzic and Ratko Mladic, are brought to justice.

a person shall not be granted citizenship or take the oath of citizenship while the person is charged with, on trial for, or subject to or a party to an appeal relating to an indictable offence under any Act of Parliament, other than an offence that is designated as a contravention; in addition, a person shall not be granted citizenship or take the oath of citizenship if, (a) during the three-year period immediately preceding the date of the person’s application, or (b) during the period between the date of the person’s application and the date that the person would otherwise be granted citizenship or take the oath of citizenship, the person has been convicted of an indictable offence under any Act of Parliament, other than an offence that is designated as a contravention (section 22 of the Citizenship Act); and
