5. 26. Calls on the Agency to implement the IAS recommendations related to the audit on Human Resources (HR) management undertaken by the IAS in 2009; notes that the implementation of three of these recommendations (on HR management in annual planning, on compliance with rules and principles of transparency in staff appraisal, on the disclosure of an exception to the staff regulation) have experienced a delay of 6-12 months; calls on the Agency to inform the discharge authority about the progress of implementation of these IAS recommendations;
