If we step back a little bit and talk about whether there is anything we missed in the process along the way that can make us feel more secure that we've done a good job preparing for this person to have the privilege of being Canadian, if we think we've done a very good job on that and we think we're only going to have a tiny number who are going to be an issue, then we can easily flip the other way and read it to say we do have to go through a court process because we feel very confident that we've done our job before that very well.
