“résident” et “résidant”: ayant un centre d’intérêt économique sur le territoire économique d’un pays, tel que décrit au chapitre 1 (point 1.30) de l’annexe A du règlement (CE) no 2223/96 du Conseil du 25 juin 1996 relatif au système européen des comptes nationaux et régionaux dans la Communauté (7); dans ce contexte, on entend par “positions transfrontières” et “transactions transfrontières” respectivement les positions et les transactions portant sur les actifs et/ou passifs des résidents des États membres participants considérés comme un seul territoire économique vis-à-vis des résidents des États membres non participants et/ou des résidents de pays tiers;
“resident” and “residing” shall mean having a centre of economic interest in the economic territory of a country as described in Chapter 1(1.30) of Annex A to Council Regulation (EC) No 2223/96 of 25 June 1996 on the European system of national and regional accounts in the Community (7); in this context, “cross-border positions” and “cross-border transactions” shall mean respectively positions and transactions in the assets and/or liabilities of residents of participating Member States seen as one economic territory vis-à-vis residents of non-participating Member States and/or residents of third countries;
