La proposition prévoit une suppression progressive de la TI sur une période de cinq à dix ans, afin d’éviter d’imposer une charge fiscale excessive aux particuliers détenteurs d’une voiture qui ont acquitté une taxe d’immatriculation élevée et qui devraient, en plus, payer une TAC majorée ainsi que des taxes sur les carburants.
The proposal provides for a gradual abolition of RT over a transitional period of five to ten years, in order to avoid an excessive tax burden on those car users who have bought a car and paid a high registration tax, and who are then faced with having to pay also a higher annual circulation tax and fuel taxes.
