sites du p ...[+++]atrimoine culturel et religieux serbe, malheureusement détruits en 2004, aient été rénovés, comme la cathédrale orthodoxe, et appelle à la poursuite de la rénovation du patrimoine religieux et culturel serbe; presse, à cet égard, les parties concernées, notamment les autorités kosovares, le gouvernement serbe, la communauté serbe du Kosovo et l'Église orthodoxe serbe, de trouver un système acceptable de promotion, de protection et de conservation du patrimoine culturel et religieux du Kosovo, qui devrait être traité comme un patrimoine européen commun; se félicite de ce que la constitution du Kosovo consacre la détermination de celui-ci à préserver et protéger son patrimoine culturel et religieux et demande que davantage d'efforts soient déployés pour protéger les droits des différentes minorités religieuses; souligne que l'adhésion aux organisations et aux mécanismes internationaux et régionaux devrait figurer parmi les priorités du Kosovo; rappelle à cet égard la nécessité de respecter l'accord conclu dans le domaine de la coopération régionale; estime que la mise en place de l'Office régional de coopération pour la jeunesse des Balkans occidentaux (dans le cadre du processus de Berlin), qui est activement promu par de nombreux acteurs, apportera des résultats positifs, en particulier pour les relations entre les jeunes de Serbie et du Kosovo; 26. Serb religious and cultural heritage sites regr ...[+++]ettably destroyed in 2004 have been renovated, such as the Orthodox cathedral, and calls for continuing renovation of Serbian religious and cultural heritage; calls, in this connection, on the interested parties, including the Kosovo authorities, the Serbian Government, the Serbian community in Kosovo and the Serbian Orthodox Church, to find a system for the promotion, protection and conservation of Kosovo’s cultural and religious heritage, which should be treated as common European heritage; welcomes the fact that the Kosovo constitution enshrines Kosovo’s commitment to the preservation and protection of its cultural and religious heritage, and calls for further efforts to protect the rights of all religious minorities; underlines the fact that joining international and regional organisations and mechanisms should be a priority for Kosovo; recalls, in this context, the importance of complying with the agreement reached on regional cooperation; believes that the establishment of the Regional Youth Cooperation Office of the Western Balkans (in the framework of the Berlin Process), which is being actively promoted by many, will bring positive results, in particular as regards relations between the young people of Serbia and Kosovo;
