D’autre part, les programmes existants de la Communauté dans le secteur culturel ne reflètent pas pleinement les implications du patrimoine culturel commun européen, ce qui explique pourquoi nous avons besoin de programmes spécifiques pour favoriser la créativité et préserver les liens, à une échelle plus large et à un niveau plus profondément ancré, avec les biens et valeurs, tangibles et intangibles, qui constituent l’héritage culturel européen et pour permettre à ces biens et valeurs d’interagir conformément à la conception humaniste des identités et différences et dans les œuvres culturelles d’aujourd’hui.
On the other hand, the existing Community programmes in the culture sector do not fully reflect the implications of Europeans’ common cultural heritage, which is why we need specific programmes in order to foster creativity and preserve the links, on a wider scale and at a deeper seated level, with the goods and values, both tangible and intangible, that constitute European cultural heritage and to enable those goods and values to interact according to the humanist conception of identities and differences and in present-day cultural works.
