The government should look at this issue and try to provide a more level playing field and ensure that all the players on the field are recognized as important: the creators above all, because they are really the ones who are the first link in the chain to which are attached all the others who come afterwards; the secondary creators who are the performers, who represent an important creative element, I agree; and all the others who come afterward, who are involved in production, in distribution, and in producing and promoting performances.
