Le Conseil a arrêté une orientation générale concernant un nouveau règlement relatif au tachygraphe utilisé dans les transports routiers (doc. 11433/12). Cette orientation générale règle la question concernant la proposition visant à intégrer dans le permis de conduire la carte tachygraphique de conducteur, qui était restée en suspens dans l'orientation générale partielle déjà approuvée en décembre dernier (doc. 18148/11).
The Council agreed on a general approach as regards a new regulation on the tachograph used in road transport (11433/12), settling the issue of the proposed merger of the driving licence with the tachograph driver card, which was left open in the partial general approach already reached last December (18148/11).
