Je voudrais demander, au nom des leaders de plusieurs groupes parlementaires - M. Wurtz, Mme Frassoni, M. Watson et M. Poettering -, que l’ordre du jour de la prochaine séance de la Conférence des présidents inclue les incidents qui ont, ces dernières semaines et ces derniers mois, particulièrement inquiété tous les membres de l’Union européenne, à savoir l’augmentation des violences xénophobes, racistes et, en particulier, homophobes au sein de l’Union ou visant des citoyens de l’Union.
I should like to request, on behalf of the leaders of the groups Mr Wurtz, Mrs Frassoni, Mr Watson and Mr Poettering, that the agenda of the next session of the Conference of Presidents should include those incidents that, in the past few weeks and months, have particularly worried all of us in the European Union, namely the increase in xenophobic, racist and, in particular, homophobic violence in the European Union or targeted at EU citizens.
