3. Chaque Etat Membre participant au programme opérationnel désigne ses représentants au comité de suivi visé à l’article 64 du règlement (CE) n° (.)., en veillant à ce que les autorités régionales et locales participantes soient adéquatement représentées, conformément au cadre institutionnel.

Each Member State participating in the operational programme shall appoint representatives to sit on the monitoring committee referred to in Article 64 of Regulation (EC) No (.), ensuring that the participating regional and local authorities are appropriately represented, in accordance with the institutional framework.
