TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

Présentés à la suite des récentes tragédies survenues en Méditerranée, l'agenda européen en matière de migration, la récente déclaration du Conseil européen et la résolution du Parlement européens’accordent quant aux besoins urgents et spécifiques auxquels les États membres situés en première ligne sont confrontés et quant à la nécessité de renforcer la solidarité interne et de proposer des mesures concrètes pour venir en aide aux États membres les plus touchés.
The European Agenda on Migration, the recent statement of the European Council and the European Parliament Resolution presented in the wake of the recent tragedies in the Mediterranean, all concur on the specific and urgent needs frontline Member States are confronted with and on the need to reinforce internal solidarity and propose concrete measures to provide support to the most affected Member States.

12.10. Le Secrétaire général spécifie dans sa demande à l'autorité nationale compétente le niveau de classification des informations que le fonctionnaire du Parlement européen concerné ou un autre employé concerné du Parlement travaillant pour des groupes politiques aurait à connaître, de sorte que cette autorité puisse mener la procédure d'enquête et rendre un avis quant au niveau d'autorisation qu'il serait approprié d'accorder à la personne concernée.
12.10. The Secretary-General shall specify in his/her request to the competent national authority the level of classified information to be made available to the official of the European Parliament or other Parliament employee working for political groups concerned, so that it may carry out the screening process and give its opinion as to the level of authorisation appropriate to be granted to that person.

6. In order to alleviate those problems and to speed up the implementation of operational programmes and projects, as well as to strengthen the economic recovery, it is necessary that the Member States, which have experienced or have been threatened with serious difficulties with respect to their financial stability and which have been granted financial assistance under one of the financial assistance mechanisms set out in Article 77(2) of Council Regulation (EC) No 1083/2006 of 11 July 2006 laying down general provisions on the European Regional Development Fund, the European Social Fund and the Cohesion Fund (9) as amended by Regulation (EU) No 1311/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council (10), may contribute financial resources from operational programmes to the establishment of risk-sharing instruments providing loans or guarantees or other financial facilities, in support of projects and operations provided for under an operational programme.
